Amanda Chessell CBE, in her second contribution to the Archive, explains the Egeria open source project to link metadata. She has now left IBM and founded a consultancy based on Egeria.
She will be for two years the honorary president of the Institute of Engineering Designers. She also expands on her belief in the engineering professions.
