Today, social media is used by every organisation to talk to their customers, get feedback, good and bad, on their products and services. They use it to talk directly to customers and get feedback, good and bad, on their products and services. So, if you love tweeting, are a whizz at Instagram, enjoy writing posts for LinkedIn or Facebook, or are keen to analyse data and spot trends, a career in social media could be for you.

You could join one of the existing social media companies to research, build and create new applications, or work for a major high street, online brand, or charity as a digital marketing manager, a search engine optimisation expert, a social media strategist or data scientist. If you are artistic you could become a copywriter, graphic designer, art director or film maker and generate content.
