Hayley Sudbury

Hayley Sudbury is founder and CEO of WERKIN, a company which helps to create, track and activate mentoring and career development programmes, supporting workplace inclusion like professional LGBT+ communities, and BAME talents. She is an active mentor of Stemettes speaker for Founders for Schools. She is an ambassador of LB Women, a network created to inspire, inform and celebrate success of professional lesbian and bisexual women. She is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, and in 2017 and ’18 Hayley was on the OUTstanding Financial Times Leading 100 LGBT+ Executives list.

Dr Hermann Hauser

Hermann Hauser co-founded Acorn Computers and guided it through its growth and the success of the BBC Micro. He founded the Olivetti Research lab in Cambridge but left in 1988 to found the Active Book company and in 1990 he helped to spin out ARM from Acorn. He continues to look for new ventures and in 1997 co-founded the venture capital IT partnership Amadeus based in Cambridge.

Mike Lynch OBE

Mike Lynch founded Autonomy in Cambridge which swiftly became Europe’s largest software company selling its expertise in analysing large data sets.  Autonomy was later sold to Hewlett-Packard. In 2012 Lynch formed Invoke capital which believes that entrepreneurs should focus on the technology and not have to manage the sales force or the customer sales desk, which Invoke does for them.
